Here are some photos as we're just getting setup. We began setting up during the first weekend of October and only finished the night of our first show - though we still ended up making last minute enhancements until just before we opened on Halloween night. Click on any image below to view the full-size picture Planning began in November 2006. Here's a late planning session with Christopher Clark (L) and Chris Bartram (R); along with the final walk-thru plan for the haunt. First step was setting up the graveyard fence around the "main" graveyard: Then we got out the arbor-entrance and started setting up the graveyards: Up on witch mountain:
Our civil war soldier-ghosts getting into formation; We expanded into a tent this year as well - which
housed the "well to hell"; Things began to take "shapes" on the porch of torture; Our greeter resting before his opening night; and then in position;
Here's the porch as we closed it in (before
painting); Some of the fencing around the graveyard path; Our Pop-up Blucky made his debut this year:
The control center mausoleum, haunted doghouse, and
banging mausoleum return (improved) this year: What's a graveyard without a freshly dug grave?
Construction begins on the carport - closing it in and splitting it up for the walkways; What it looked like after it was closed in and we
started applying props;
